Bronze plaques and signs shall be manufactured by the Cold Spring Memorial Group, 17482 Granite West Road, Cold Spring, MN 56320-4578. Plaques and signs will be cast of virgin ingots (87-5-5-2 standard U.S. Bronze Alloy). Plaques and signs shall be presentation ready, free of pits and gas holes and all letters and other artwork shall be crisp and clean. If the customer does not indicate choices for plaque or sign production on the order form, border and faces will be produced in a matte finish, leatherette background texture, all caps helvetica flat lettering, dark brown bronze oxidation with a single line border and will be modified as needed by our Accolade Product Technicians.
Background shall be completed in a bronze oxidation color. Plaques and signs shall be blasted clean with the use of a special cleaning process. Plaques and signs shall be sprayed with two coats of acryllic clear coat.
Electronic Artwork & Shop Drawings: Electronic artwork & electronic shop drawings must be vector-based using the following files: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .cdr (Corel Draw), .dfx (Standard cad format), .eps (Encapsulated Post Script). Text must be converted to "paths" or "outlines" before sending the file.

Hard Copy Shop Drawings: Submit scaled drawing(s) with order form.
Standard Plaque and Sign Shapes: Shapes consist of standard geometrical shapes as well as the use of combinations for example, a rectangle plaque might have notched corners or inset block corners. Standard shapes consiste of rectangles, squares, triangles, circles, ovals & arches.
Non-Standard Plaque and Sign Shapes: These shapes will require a quote and are considered a custom order. A few examples of non-standard shapes are a tree, a car, a balloon, a cloud, etc.
The Cold Spring Memorial Group will furnish a proof for approval prior to production. Proofs can be faxed, mailed or emailed - Please supply information on the Accoalde order form. Production will not begin until a signed proof has been received from the customer.
Installation: Plaques and signs shall be installed by plaque purchaser or owner.
