We also create flat (2 dimensional) borders. Please note this on the order form along with contact name and phone number. Custom color matches are also available. Check the Custom Color box on the order form. Please provide color information using 1 of the 2 ways: 1: Fill out the brand name, color name and color # on the Accolade order form 2: Send in a physical color swatch with the order - swatches can be found at any place of business that sells paint. An Important Note: colored cloth, printed color paper and emailing colors will not be accepted as a form of a color swatch, as reading and matching the color will be very difficult with an undesirable end result. Please allow 2 weeks to receive the custom color match. Add an additional $100.00 for each custom color match. Fonts & Divider Bars Fonts & Divider Bars Minimum Letter Sizes: Script letters must be a minimum of 3/8". Non-script letters must a minimum of 1/4". Maximum Letter Allowance: Letter allowances are based upon (1) letter per square inch, using 3/4" letters. Maximum allowance of (1) per square inch plus 75%. Example: A 10x10 plaque will have a letter allowance of 100 to 175 letters. Important Note: All fonts can be duplicated that do not appear on the font listing. Artwork must be vector-based using the following files: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .cdr (Corel Draw), .dfx (Standard cad format), .eps (Encapsulated Post Script). Text must be converted to "paths" or "outlines" before sending the file. Rosettes & Personalization Options Rosettes & Personalization Options Precious Portraits are created using a high fire photoceramic process that ensures permanence and durability to preserve images for future generations. Important Note: Any photograph can be used to create a precious portrait. Portraits can be sent with the order or can be scanned at 300 or 600 dpi and emailed to: gbmem@coldspringgranite.com. In the event that a photograph would get lost or damaged, replacement is limited to the cost of a print from a negative.
